Refund Policy

Refund for Online Consultation

Cancellation Period: Customer can cancle the service/slot within 24 hours of booking it.
Conditions for Refunds: Upon purchasing the consultation hours, Unity Interiors cancels the booking – the corresponding amount will be returned to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 days.

If the customer wants to reschedule the booked slot, they can reschedule it for 3 times without any extra charges.
Processing Time: Refund policies typically outline the timeframe within which refunds will be processed, which can vary from a few days to a few weeks.
No-Refund Policy: If the customer rescheduled the slot 3 times after making a booking it would be considered under the no-refund policy.
