At Unity Interiors, we believe in clear and straightforward pricing. Our digital consultation fees are clearly listed on our website, with no hidden charges. Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

2. Consultation Packages

We offer various consultation packages to cater to different needs:
Detailed Consultation (1 Hour): 5000 INR
Standard Consultation (30 Mins): 3000 INR

3. Payment Methods

We accept multiple payment methods, including UPI, credit/debit cards, and other secure online payment gateways. All transactions are secure and encrypted to protect your payment information.

4. Booking and Payment

Advance Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your consultation slot.
Confirmation: Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the consultation details and a link to join the session.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges. To reschedule, please contact our customer service team at info@unityinteriors.com.
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will not be refunded.

All consultations are conducted with the utmost confidentiality. We respect your privacy and will not share any information discussed during the consultation without your explicit consent.
